These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FNSKU Label browser extension and this website (together, "the Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The license we grant you

Your paid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your own Amazon FBA prep and shipping, on up to three (3) activations per license key, for as long as your subscription is active.

2. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the extension or your license key.
Share a single license key across more than the permitted activations or across unrelated businesses.
Use the Service to violate Amazon's policies or any applicable law.

You are welcome to inspect the extension's source for your own due diligence — it is unobfuscated by design — but the license above still governs its use.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

The subscription is $99 per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically each year unless cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and the extension continues to work until the end of your paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment portion of the transaction.

4. Your responsibilities

The extension prints whatever expiration date you enter in Amazon. You are responsible for the accuracy of that date, for entering it correctly, and for meeting Amazon's FBA labeling and shelf-life requirements (including the 90-day minimum remaining shelf life at fulfillment-center receipt). The Service is a printing tool; it does not validate your dates against Amazon's requirements.

5. Availability and changes

Because the extension reads data from Amazon's "Send to Amazon" page, significant changes to that page by Amazon may temporarily affect functionality until we ship an update. We continuously maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that labels will be accepted in every circumstance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, rejected inventory, or fulfillment-center fees.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, and the disclaimer below) will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Specific governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed before commercial launch.)
