Your data never leaves your browser.

1. Who we are
This policy describes how the FNSKU Label browser extension ("the extension," "we," "us") handles information. It applies to the extension and to this website. If you have questions, contact support@fnskulabel.com.
2. What the extension reads — and where it goes
When you use the extension on Amazon's "Send to Amazon" page, it reads the following directly from the page that is already open in your browser, at the moment you click Print:
- The FNSKU, product title, quantity, and expiration date for the row you are printing.
This information is used only to render and print your label. It is processed locally, in your browser, and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. It is not stored after the label is generated. There is no analytics, no telemetry, and no remote logging of any kind.
3. The only data we transmit
To confirm your subscription is active, the extension contacts a single license-validation endpoint. That request contains only:
| Sent | Why |
|---|---|
| Your license key | To verify the subscription is active and not expired. |
| An anonymous installation ID (a random identifier generated on first run) | To enforce the limit of 3 activations per license. It is not linked to you, your computer's identity, or any personal data. |
No product, SKU, shipment, title, or expiration-date information is ever included in this request. You can verify this yourself in your browser's developer tools (Network tab); the extension code is unobfuscated by design.
4. Information collected by this website
When you purchase a license, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. We retain your email address and subscription status to deliver your license key, send subscription notices (renewal and expiration reminders), and provide support.
5. Browser permissions
The extension requests the minimum permissions required to function:
- Read content on Amazon Seller Central pages — to extract the label fields described above.
- Add the print button to Amazon Seller Central pages — to place the button next to Amazon's existing print link.
- Open extension pages — to display the print-preview window where labels are rendered.
The extension does not request access to your browsing history, bookmarks, downloads, passwords, or any site other than Amazon Seller Central. It cannot read or modify other tabs and has no access to files on your computer.
6. Third-party components
The extension bundles the open-source JsBarcode library (MIT license) to generate Code128 barcodes. It runs entirely offline within your browser and makes no network calls. No other third-party code is included.
7. Data retention and your rights
Label data is never retained — it exists only for the moment the label is generated. For your account, we keep your email and subscription record for as long as your subscription is active and as required for tax and accounting. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@fnskulabel.com. Uninstalling the extension removes all of its access and local data immediately.
8. Children
This is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email.
